Lineara began when our founder, after helping her own family sort through several decades of accumulated papers, realised how rarely families have a calm, structured way to approach that work. Documents arrived in envelopes, drawers, and old boxes — important things sitting beside things that no longer mattered, with no clear key to any of it.
That experience became Lineara. We opened in Nakhon Ratchasima in 2019, quietly, with one service: sitting alongside families and helping them build a document system that made sense to them. The response from local families was warm and steady, and we grew from there.
Today we offer three services covering personal record organisation, family heritage preservation, and advisory support for genealogy organisations. Everything we do is educational and organisational. We never give legal advice and we never handle anything beyond what you ask us to help organise.

Our mission is straightforward: help families in Thailand bring calm order to their records and stories, so that nothing important gets lost and nothing important feels overwhelming. We believe that every family deserves to have its history preserved in a way that is clear, accessible, and genuinely theirs.
We do this work with patience. We understand that documents carry emotional weight — a father's handwritten letter, a land deed from a grandparent, records of a business started from scratch. We treat all of it with the care it deserves.

Founder & Lead Adviser
Sarunporn founded Lineara after years working in local heritage education. She leads all family sessions personally and sets the tone for how the team works.
Krit Thongsuk
Records & Systems Specialist
Krit designs the index templates and folder systems we use with clients. He has a background in archival studies and brings a meticulous, gentle approach to every session.
Wanida Charoenwong
Heritage Workshop Facilitator
Wanida runs our Family Story Workshops with warmth and careful attention. She has facilitated storytelling sessions for families across Isan and central Thailand.

Strict Confidentiality
We do not photograph, copy, or retain any client documents. All work is conducted within the client's own space or in a private meeting setting.
Clear Scope at All Times
Before any session begins, we explain what is included and what falls outside our scope. We do not drift into areas we are not qualified to advise on.
Repeatable Systems
Every system we create is designed to be maintained by the family without our ongoing involvement. Independence, not dependency, is the goal.
Consent-Based Practice
We handle only what the client explicitly asks us to work with. Nothing is touched or assessed without clear, ongoing agreement from the family or organisation.
Education-Only Delivery
All services are informational and educational. We do not issue, interpret, or validate any document. Clients are always encouraged to seek qualified professionals for regulated needs.
Ongoing Availability
We remain available for follow-up questions after any session is complete. If something is unclear or you need to revisit a step, we are glad to help.
Document Organisation & Heritage Preservation in Thailand
Family records in Thailand carry deep cultural weight. Land documents, marriage records, genealogical trees traced through regional dialects, letters passed between generations — these are not simply paperwork. They are the traceable shape of a family line, and when they are disorganised or incomplete, that absence is felt.
Lineara works with this understanding. Our approach to document organisation draws on archival principles adapted for household and small-organisation use. We do not require clients to have any prior knowledge of archiving or records management. We meet families where they are — with whatever system, or lack of system, they currently have — and help them move toward something clearer.
Our heritage preservation work focuses on the human side of record-keeping: the stories, values, and personal letters that sit alongside official documents. The Family Story Workshop draws on oral history and life-writing traditions to help participants capture what matters in a form that can be shared and kept.
For genealogy and heritage organisations operating in Thailand, our B2B advisory brings a fresh, practical perspective on how records are gathered, stored, and maintained. Many such organisations work with significant volumes of material across multiple contributors. We help them build cleaner internal processes — without overreaching into regulated territory.
Based in Nakhon Ratchasima, we are well placed to serve families across the Isan region as well as those travelling from Bangkok and further afield. Sessions can also be arranged remotely where appropriate.
